flight club

This project was developed in response to a live industry brief from Flight Club, challenging us to reimagine how the brand could launch in Nottingham. Through primary research and cultural insights, I explored how the city’s fragmented nightlife could be transformed into something more connected, warm and meaningful. My final concept, Better Together, positions Flight Club as a generational connector, a place where mixed‑age groups stay together, play together and create moments worth keeping. The outcome blends candid photography with tactile, scrapbook‑inspired visuals to celebrate the joy of shared nights out.

This video documents the warmth, movement and shared moments we experienced inside Flight Club Birmingham. It became the foundation of our scrapbook‑inspired visual world, helping us understand how connection feels in real time: candid, human and worth keeping.

3‑month campaign plan

To bring our concept to life beyond the visuals, we created a three‑month campaign plan that shows how “Better Together” could roll out in the real world, from early teasers to launch‑week energy and ongoing moments that keep the brand warm, human and connected to Nottingham’s nightlife.

A selection of our launch activation outcomes, getting creative with how we could spark curiosity and conversation around Flight Club and a new venue coming to Nottingham.

OUTCOMES

Lucia Martin, My Team Member.

A fully collaborative project in which we shared decision-making across research, concept, and execution. We co-creatively directed the campaign concept, with photography and film working in tandem, shaping the narrative, selecting footage, and bringing the final campaign to life together.
